What are the advantages of calling Coccinelle?

At Coccinelle, our goal is to find the right person for each family. In order to do so, we first create a close relationship with our families and work in a personalised manner based on their needs. And with our selection methods, we are able to recruit excellent professionals who can meet the families' expectations long-term.
Because of our knowledge of the sector, we advise and assist our families from A to Z, defining the needs and financial conditions to be planned as well as helping out with all of the administrative procedures linked to hiring household help. We also monitor the work done by the person placed day after day.

And what if I would like a nanny who speaks a foreign language?

We've got a multi-cultural and multilingual team meaning we can offer a childcare giver who speaks a foreign language and can recruit the right people based on the family's needs:
- a native person from the country in question for total immersion.
- a bilingual person to gain familiarity with the language and learn gradually.

What if I would like my household assistant to have special skills (a good cook, for example)?

We know how to adapt to the needs and requirements of each family. Savoir-faire in personnel recruitment, a rigorous selection process and solid knowledge of our sector allow us to find that rare pearl - the person you've always wanted by your side.

How do you recruit your professionals?

We don't operate with a database of available candidates but rather search for the right person for the job ourselves. We start the recruitment process from scratch for each new request. With a rigorous selection process, we are able to offer serious and efficient help to our families which is, above all, adapted to their individual needs and own expectations.

Do you work with people with papers?

Legal status to work in Spain is the first criteria we impose. We can also assure you that the person's criminal record is clean as recent records are requested.

What do your reference checks consist of?

In addition to extensive experience, we require our professionals have references. This means they must provide us with the contact details of their former or current employers. We contact them and ask if the experience has been good and whether the person has proven their professionalism and a good work attitude. If the family wishes, they can also of course contact the references.

Do I need to register my nanny/my household help with the Social Security office?

Coccinelle can do it all including the initial procedures to formalize the employment relationship (draw up the employment contract and complete registration with the Social Security office). Our families don't have to do anything unless they wish.

How do I pay my nanny/my household help?

Our monthly management service allows families to be completely free of any administrative work or obligations connected to the employment of household help. We handle all the administrative and accounting procedures connected to the employment relationships and also offer a replacement service in cases of isolated absences of your employee.

Someone is already working for me but I would like to legalize the situation.

We can take care of the necessary administrative procedures to formalize the employment relationship with the person you have employed: an employment contract and registration with the Social Security office.
We also advise you on the financial conditions to plan for and answer all of your questions regarding the employment of household help.
